Marine Life Art Gallery
Here is some of my whale and dolphin and marine life art, much of it derived from over 40 years of research on cetaceans.
Opaque Watercolor painted on Color-Aid Paper. Depicts the blue whale, the largest animal that ever lived, even bigger than the largest dinosaur. Blue whales reach a length of 105 feet and weigh over 150 tons! They are extremely endangered, but their numbers are gradually coming back.
Powerful acrylic painting of a breaching Moby Dick, showing his crooked jaw, wrinkled brow, and the numerous sea birds described in the classic novel.
Prismacolor Pencil Drawing of a family group of bottlenose dolphins.
